Pulse Cymru and T.L.C Training were formed with the belief that with enough training and determination you can conquer any situation. No matter who you are, there is always a possibility that there is something else that you can learn.

Our instructors are hand picked for not only do they have a vast amount of academic qualifications but they have something that in today’s market is just as important, perhaps a little bit more.

That is the exposure of real life experiences, where they have tested theories and facts in real time and now they bring you the fruits of their labour.

Most of our instructors are experienced medical professionals i.e. paramedics or nurses, or have a vast amount of first aid training experience.

Status:     Married with one child

Qualifications:

•      Over 22 years with the ambulance service as a
Paramedic, Paramedic Tutor, Manual Handling          Advisor and Patient Safety/Risk Manager 

•      Jacqui has an MSc in Quality Improvement in Healthcare and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education

•      Jacqui qualified at the University of Southampton as a Back Care Advisor and has extensive knowledge and
experience as a Manual Handling Advisor for the
ambulance service

•      As a key contributor to the All Wales NHS Manual
Handling Training Passport & Information Scheme
Jacqui is well qualified to oversee and deliver manual
handling training to the highest standards

•      She also has qualifications in management and has
qualified as a tutor in pre-hospital trauma life support
